ProPEL Study Overview
ProPEL US 31 was a planning study along the US 31 corridor in northern Indiana. It included two study areas: US 31 North and US 31 South. Each study focused on identifying a reasonable range of alternatives that identified transportation needs and goals of the study area.
US 31 North
US 31 North: Study area extends from just south of Eel River (Miami County) to just south of the Fulton/Marshall County line.
US 31 South
US 31 South: Study area extends from 276th Street (Hamilton County) to just south of Eel River (Miami County)
