The Nickel Plate trail is a 40+ mile hiking and biking trail that runs from Kokomo in Howard County to Rochester in Fulton County. There are parking spots to hop on the trail at multiple locations along the US 31 corridor. It’s ideal for walking, hiking and bicycling as you follow what was once the Nickel Plate Railroad. Take in the beautiful Indiana countryside!
