Overview
The ProPEL US 31 north study area extends from just south of Eel River in Miami County to just south of the Fulton/Marshall County Line.
US 31 North Public Meetings
Feedback from the public was vital to the success of the studies. Multiple public meetings were held along the corridors, with the information being the same for each public meeting. The PEL studies examined mobility, safety, economic development, land use, environmental impacts and other factors along the corridor.
